Given the current escalating situation surrounding the Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak, we thought it would be beneficial to advise our customers of AE Evans’ stance at this time and any measures we have put in place to retain fluidity of supply to our customer network.
We are continually following any updated Government guidelines regarding our staff and any symptomatic cases within our infrastructure but as we are seeing, these guidelines are changing on a daily basis. However it is our intention to maintain an operational infrastructure to the business with as minimal disruption as possible.
Whilst AE Evans can put measures into place to maintain, as much as possible, our production lead times; we are not in control of certain factors such as the transport networks that we utilise for goods despatch and delivery. We maintain a regular contact with our third party companies whom we rely on and will advise each customer at the earliest possible time should we encounter any disruption that would affect your deliveries.
At this point we would politely request any updates from our customers that would affect your order despatches at the earliest possible convenience. We would also be grateful if you could circulate this update to all staff concerned.
