Office Administrator

Based in Overton-on-Dee, near Wrexham A E Evans is one of the leading timber based play equipment and agricultural timber fencing manufacturers in the UK, supplying directly to the trade.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to bolster the current very busy sales / admin team, and to assist in all aspects of office administration.

We are looking to recruit a reliable, very organised individual with good attention to detail, who, following an initial period of specific product and systems familiarisation will work to support our friendly and informal team, in this fast-moving environment.

The role will include,     taking, processing, scheduling and progressing customer orders,

placing and progressing supplier purchase orders

various general admin duties where required.

 

Knowledge of sage order processing or similar, would be an advantage.

Hours Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm.  Due to our rural location own transport is essential.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.
